CAMPUS/CENTER LOCATION: DOWNTOWN CAMPUS DEPARTMENT: CWE CHILDCARE DATE POSITION AVAILABLE: IMMEDIATELY REVIEW DATE: JUNE 14, 2026 SALARY: $54,400.00 - $58,800.00 - ENTRY SALARY RANGE FLSA: EXEMPT **THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION** WHAT YOU'LL DO The Program Manager provides leadership in developing, planning, and implementing comprehensive post-secondary childcare continuing workforce education (CWE) programs for delivery in support of College, campus, and/or departmental goals. WHAT YOU'LL NEED At a minimum the selected candidate must have a Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; OR an Associate degree from an accredited college or university supplemented by a minimum of five (5) years of related experience. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have industry licensing and/or relevant professional certification(s), as well as supervisory experience and/or teaching experience in higher education.
