The ABOM will provide customers with accurate, helpful, and friendly handling of routine and complex transactions. Position Responsibilities:Assist the Branch Manager with the branch's business and retail relationships (new and existing)Assist the Branch Manager with directing and controlling the overall activities of the branchResponsible for ensuring the day to day operational duties of the branch run smoothlyEnsure everyone in the branch is providing excellent customer serviceEnsure the Branch receives Satisfactory Compliance AuditsAnswer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.Cross-sell bank products and services including Online/Mobile/Text Banking and Treasury Management ServicesEnsure all bank policies and procedures are being followedEnsure that dual control is always enforced when applicableEnsure that all end of month reports, audits and testing are completed on a timely basisResponsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager  Competencies:Knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and government regulationsAbility to assist in the supervision of Branch personnel to imbue positive employee moraleAbility to assure that Branch operational functions are performed in an accurate and efficient mannerFlexible and highly motivated team memberWork under pressure in a fast-paced work environmentGood communication skills to provide excellent service to our valued customers Required Education & Experience:High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent2 Years Banking2 Years Supervisory experience2 Years Customer Service  Essential Job Functions: Essential job functions include the employee occupying this position frequently will be required to perform problem resolution, and communicate with both internal and external customers.
