The Company is in search of a Managing Counsel, Commercial with a focus on hardware and semiconductor. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner, providing strategic support for complex commercial transactions, and will be responsible for driving high-impact deals with leading cloud, hyperscale, and robotics customers. This role requires a professional with a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar membership, and over 15 years of experience in commercial transactions, particularly within the hardware, semiconductor, or silicon-related industries. The Managing Counsel will be expected to have a strong background in legal leadership, commercial contract drafting, subject matter expertise in hardware and semiconductor commercial models, and a proven track record in risk management.
