Operator/Maintenance
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts
2nd Shift
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Monday-Friday
- Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
3rd Shift
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Monday-Friday
- Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Overtime is rare but may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including needling, die cutting, grinding, etching machines, and pallet jacks
- Perform machine setups and changeovers
- Move and stage materials throughout the production area
- Conduct quality inspections and measurements
- Accurately enter production and quality data
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Complete production documentation and records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Furnace Operator
Pay: $18.54/hour
Shift
3rd Shift
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Tuesday-Saturday
- Training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Overtime is rare but may be required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from industrial furnaces
- Stage and inspect materials
- Weigh and package finished products
- Record production data accurately
- Perform quality inspections and checks
- Complete required documentation
- Work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to wear a respirator when required
