• Credentialing Timeline: 1 week

• Cervical/thoracic/lumbar epidural steroid injections
• Facet blocks/RFA
• SI joint injections
• Joint injections
• Spinal cord stimulator trials
• Kyphoplasty
• Stellate/celiac/lumbar sympathetic/superior hypogastric/ganglion impar/gasserian/occipital nerve blocks

• Licenses: Active NC license required
• Board: Board certification preferred (anesthesia or physiatry)
• Other Qualifications: Computer literate, EHR proficiency, strong communication skills

• Perform interventional pain procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, RFA, SI joint injections, joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, kyphoplasty, and nerve blocks.
• Manage a high volume of cases (25-30 per day) in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize in-office procedure suite with fluoroscopy and RF generator.
• Collaborate with support staff including rad tech, nurse, and medical assistant.
• Adhere to strict compliance protocols for medication management (low MME doses, drug testing, prescription monitoring).
