Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Qualifications Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Compensation $16 - $17 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Hampton Inn Butte
