Job Details

Position: Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician)
Job involves rotating on-call shifts from 0900-2100 on weekends and one weekday until 2100.

Job Requirements

American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
License/Certificate verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
Specialty specific competency testing must be completed within a year.
Must provide proof of various vaccinations and health screenings including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction).
Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC screening as required by Trinity Health.

Schedule Information

Rotating on-call shifts 0900-2100 on weekends.
Rotation on-call one day through the week until 2100.
Regular shift hours 09:00 - 17:30.

Additional Details

Must attach scanned copies of certifications and licenses with expiration dates to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
All background checks and verifications must be dated within 30 days of start.
Flu vaccine declination not accepted for CA or IL.
Hepatitis B vaccination series required; titers not accepted.
