Process all outside bottler orders. Monitor Vernon inventory for potential Out of Stocks. Assist in dispatching of company drivers. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am . Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires. Responsibilities Generate and process pick tickets in SAP. Track available company inventories to maintain proper distribution.Insure proper flow of product, equipment and supplies from and to branches. Monitor the needs of the branches in terms of IBT loads and adjust as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain an organized filing system for various documents. Assist Warehouse Operators as needed. Accurately fill out all assigned paperwork. Communicate professionally with our customers and branches. Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks.Communicate clearly and effectively with Supervisors & Co-workers and Customers.Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge with SAP system Must have the ability to focus and make quick sound decisions. Must be able to work independently and/or in a group environment. Strong Adaptability & Accountability skills Strong organization skills, communication, and analytical skills Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Multi-Tasking PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sitting for long periods of time; bending and walking to navigate warehouse and inventory; mobility and some lifting.
