BESS Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled BESS Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing battery energy storage systems (BESS) to support renewable energy initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all performance specifications. Key responsibilities include conducting technical feasibility studies, creating detailed electrical designs, and overseeing the installation and testing of BESS systems. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that arise during the lifecycle of the project.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on energy storage technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in software tools for simulation and design, such as MATLAB or AutoCAD, is essential. Additionally, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to energy storage systems will be advantageous.
