Regent Santa Monica Beach in Santa Monica, CA, seeks an Executive Sous Chef to oversee all culinary operations, guiding chefs, supervisors and staff to deliver ultra-luxury, high-volume cuisine in line with Regent standards and menus. Working closely with the Executive Chef and front‑of‑house leaders, you will ensure safety, hygiene, timely service, and consistent quality across all outlets, including Orla, Azure Bar and Sweet July Café. #J-18808-Ljbffr The MINA Group
