Overview Home Time: Home weekly | Pay: $1,400 to $1,550 per week Freight: General and refrigerated freight | Location: Birmingham, AL 35203 Run consistent general and refrigerated freight with steady weekly miles, home weekly scheduling, and weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,550. Home weekly scheduling with consistent planning General and refrigerated freight 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week Late-model Kenworth T680 trucks Compensation and Earnings Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,550 based on experience and miles. You\'ll receive quarterly raises tied to your safety record and productivity. After 30 days, guaranteed minimum pay helps protect your income during slower freight periods. During orientation, you\'ll earn $100 per day, with all travel expenses covered. Your Freight and Routes You'll haul a mix of general and refrigerated freight, averaging 2,500-3,000 miles per week. Our consistent customer base provides steady freight volume, which helps support reliable paychecks and predictable schedules. Route planning is built around steady miles, consistent freight flow, and home weekly scheduling. Dispatch communication remains consistent throughout the week, helping drivers stay informed on load timing, route expectations, and available support before each trip begins. Equipment and Technology Our fleet consists of late-model Kenworth T680s, 4 years or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release. Drivers are home weekly, with scheduling based on freight needs and route planning. Our Driver Support Specialists are available to assist with route planning, equipment issues, and any questions that arise while you\'re on the road. What We\'re Looking For Valid CDL-A license Current medical card Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year Benefits Package Comprehensive benefits include health coverage, life insurance, and paid vacation time.
