Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules for caregivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services

• Manage and maintain accurate records of caregiver shifts, assignments, and availability

• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues

• Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize resource allocation

• Collaborate with the care management team to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in scheduling or customer service a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
