Creative Operations Manager

Create Wellness is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to help run the operational backbone of our creative team. This role sits at the center of our creative workflow—managing incoming requests, organizing project pipelines, and ensuring work is efficiently distributed across the design and video teams. You will partner closely with the Studio Director to keep projects moving smoothly, maintain visibility across creative workstreams, and improve internal processes as the team grows.
