Job Description Part-Time Office & Social Media Assistant The FIX Physical Therapy / Mobility-X Schedule: Part-time The FIX Physical Therapy and Mobility-X are hiring a part-time Office & Social Media Assistant. This position includes approximately 10 hours per week at The FIX helping with scheduling, patient communication, and office management, plus 10 hours per week supporting social media marketing for The FIX and Mobility-X. Answer phones and assist patients Help manage front office tasks Create and schedule social media posts Assist with basic photos, videos, and marketing content Support promotion of Mobility-X courses, workshops, and events Help maintain consistent branding and communication Comfortable with phones, email, scheduling, and social media Good written communication skills Able to work independently after training Medical office, physical therapy, fitness, or wellness setting Social media posting for a business Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Meta Business Suite To apply, please send your resume and a brief note about your office and social media experience.
