Vice President Finance

Soni ispartnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its U.S. finance operations. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role spanning accounting, financial reporting, shared services, internal controls, systems, and M&A integration. The VP Finance will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership while helping build the processes, infrastructure, and team needed to support continued growth. Responsibilities: Lead accounting and finance operations across multiple entities Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Oversee consolidation, financial reporting, and internal controls Lead shared services and core accounting functions Support project accounting, job costing, and WIP Manage external audit and technical accounting matters Drive ERP, systems, automation, and process-improvement initiatives Lead finance integration for acquisitions Partner with senior leadership on financial performance and decision support Build and develop a scalable finance organization Requirements: 8+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience Significant finance leadership and team-management experience Strong controllership, close, consolidation, and reporting background Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls ERP / finance transformation experience M&A or acquisition-integration experience Strong business partnership and executive communication skills Hands‑on, high‑ownership leadership style Preferred Skills: CPA and/or public accounting background Project‑based industry experience International or multi‑entity environment Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
