Restaurant Manager- NO LATE NIGHTS!!!!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are on the hunt for a motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Folsom! In this exciting role, you'll spearhead new store openings in the Sacramento area, all while enjoying fantastic work-life balance with no late nights.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead and coordinate all culinary operations to ensure top-notch quality.
- Oversee guest services, addressing and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Train, develop, and manage both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff.
- Craft and adjust staff schedules to align with restaurant sales and service needs.
- Implement and maintain strict safety and sanitation standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
