Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, and a safe, organized work environment while providing high-quality logistics support.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, and a safe, organized work environment while providing high-quality logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Pick and stage orders for shipment
• Maintain organized and clean storage areas
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors and inventory/stock teams
• Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift driving skills test
• Knowledge of warehouse practices such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and cycle counting
• Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to read spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
• Customer service mindset

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
• Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
• Steel-toe shoes required for the entire shift

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in either English or Spanish due to onsite safety requirements
