Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Will work with manager on inpatient scheduling
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Outpatient and inpatient physical therapy setting
• Maximum of 13 patients treated per day with 45-minute appointments
• Float between Woodruff and Minocqua locations
• Common diagnoses include spine-related conditions, shoulder pain, total hip and knee pain, hip pain/surgery, balance and fall risk, and total hip and knee replacements
• Key responsibilities include hip and knee replacement therapy, inpatient discharge planning for hip and knee patients, and inpatient rounding
• Inpatient experience with discharge planning required
• No rehab aides or PTAs on staff
• Dress code is business casual; scrubs optional for inpatient settings
• EMR system: Cerner
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and active PT license
• Cancellation policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks
