Key Responsibilities responsible for providing direct patient care and education related to diagnoses and treatment plans, while serving as a clinical expert and resource for both internal and external partners. act as the primary nursing liaison between the BCH Urology physicians practicing in Shrewsbury and their external partners. establish clinical workflows, staffing models, and operational processes to support successful site operations and long-term program growth. lead quality improvement initiatives that advance the organization's commitment to high-quality patient care, an exceptional patient and family experience, and continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and operational effectiveness. Education Minimum qualifications: BSN Experience Required 5 years of experience as an RN. License/Certification Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse. A nursing certification - could be disease specific or general pediatric nursing - must be received within 1 year of entering job or clinical expertise demonstrated by 10 years of relevant clinical work required. The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
