I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales and mortgage lending, where I built a strong foundation in customer relationships and financial services. I enjoy helping people, developing my team, and creating opportunities for others to grow. Giving back is an important part of our agency. I participate in community service projects at least once a month and enjoy staying actively involved in supporting the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
