HireQuest Direct Staffing Agency is actively hiring Certified Traffic Control Flaggers for ongoing and upcoming projects throughout Oregon . If you're dependable, safety-focused, and looking for consistent opportunities, we'd love to have you on our team!
Position Details
- Position: Certified Traffic Control Flagger
- Location: Various job sites throughout Vancouver, WA and Oregon State
- Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based with ongoing opportunities
- Schedule: Primarily day shifts (hours vary based on project needs)
- Pay: $22.50/hour
- Daily Pay Available!Get access to your earned wages without waiting until payday.
Responsibilities
- Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones
- Protect workers, motorists, and the public by following established traffic control procedures
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices as directed
- Communicate effectively with Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS), crews, and the public
- Follow all company, customer, and Oregon safety regulations
- Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
Minimum Qualifications
✅ Current WA or OR Flagger Certification (required)
✅ Valid driver's license (required)
✅ Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel to various job sites
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
✅ Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
✅ Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
