Lube Tech
Join Speedee Oil and Midas JACKSON 1229 as a Lube Tech, where you will play a vital role in providing top-notch automotive maintenance services. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about cars and want to grow their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure vehicle performance.
- Inspect and replace filters, belts, and hoses as needed.
- Assist with tire rotations to enhance vehicle safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals.
- Perform various vehicle maintenance services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Lube Tech or in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
