Are you passionate about coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? The Purple Onion Cafe, located in the heart of Los Gatos, CA, is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable baristas to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and love the art of coffee, we’d love to meet you!
What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who embodies the following qualities:
- Friendly and dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
- Positive and welcoming when interacting with customers.
- Fast-paced and adaptable , with strong multitasking skills.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality , with a desire to deliver excellent service.
- Willing to learn and grow as part of our team.
- Flexible availability , including weekends.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
