Maintenance Mechanic$20-25/hr. (DOE) 5:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Wednesday)5:30pm-12:30pm (Thursday)Schedule can vary based on needed repairs/time. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems in a custom rubber molding manufacturing environment. This position ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports safe, efficient production through preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rubber molding presses, mixers, mills, ovens, trimming equipment, conveyors, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and perform timely repairs. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and assist with automation-related issues when needed.
