Contract | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Variable Start Times (1500 or 1900) | Days/Mid-Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for emergency patients across a range of acuity levels
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
• Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling as required
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and float policies as outlined in the assignment agreement

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission — pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS, and TNCC
• Must wear solid royal blue scrubs
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted at time of candidate submission; post-submission RTO may not be considered
• Locals within 50 miles of the facility are accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic EMR charting system
• Experience working in a high-volume acute care emergency department
• Demonstrated flexibility with variable shift start times and scheduling demands
