By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes and creating a better experience for patients and providers.About the RoleWe're looking for a full time Ultrasound Technician to split time between Tia's West Hollywood and Playa Vista clinics.In this role, you'll perform high-quality gynecologic ultrasound exams, ensure accurate documentation and patient tracking, coordinate closely with providers and radiologists, and help create a compassionate, seamless experience for patients.What You'll DoPerform high-quality gynecologic ultrasound exams with a strong focus on patient comfort and clinical excellenceReview clinical indications and collaborate with ordering providers to ensure appropriate imagingMaintain accurate documentation and manage patient tracking and follow-upSubmit comprehensive studies to the radiologist and ensure results are returned to the ordering providerPartner with providers and radiologists when additional review or escalation is neededMaintain clear documentation to support clinical care and accurate billingSupport ultrasound workflows, including PACS, tele-radiology coordination, and equipment maintenanceEducate patients as appropriate and contribute ultrasound expertise to Tia's interdisciplinary care teamWhat You'll Bring2+ years of clinical ultrasound experience, including at least 1 year in OB/GYN, gynecology, or women's health3+ years of women's health ultrasound experience preferredExcellent pelvic and gynecologic ultrasound scanning skillsStrong ability to recognize abnormalities and know when to escalate findingsUnderstanding of gynecologic anatomy, symptoms, and common clinical indications for ultrasoundExperience with PACS and radiology workflowsStrong attention to detail, organization, and patient follow-throughClear, concise communication skills and comfort collaborating with providers and radiologistsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careFamiliarity with ultrasound documentation and billing requirementsAbility to maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment within scopeWhy TiaCollaborative, mission-driven teamCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid sick leave, and paid learning time for teammates working 30+ hours per weekMedical malpractice coverageReimbursement for applicable state licenses, board certification, and BLS certificationAccess to UpToDate and extensive internal education and training resourcesAI-enabled documentation tools designed to reduce administrative burdenWork Location & ScheduleThis role supports Playa Vista and West Hollywood and requires an onsite work schedule.Playa Vista: M/T - 8am-4:30pm (Lunch 12-12:30 & admin 4-4:30) WeHo: W/Th/F - 8am-4:30pm (Lunch 12-12:30 & admin 4-4:30)CompensationThe expected compensation range is $36–$48/hour.Tia is committed to pay equity and transparency.
