We are currently seeking a dependable and team-oriented Press Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role offers a solid opportunity for long-term growth within a stable manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rubber press equipment to produce molded and prototype parts
- Maintain press line operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Follow production specifications to create high-quality rubber parts
- Adhere to safety requirements, including wearing steel-toe boots
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable in a production setting with repetitive tasks
- Ability to push and pull 50-75 pounds regularly
- Occasional lifting as required
- Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
