Personal Care Attendant - Wheat Ridge, CO *Earn Up to $22/Hour!

Description

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Candidates should be willing and able to travel to clients located throughout the Wheat Ridge area.

In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and safety.

You will assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. You will also provide meaningful companionship, offering conversation, social engagement, and emotional support to help individuals feel connected, valued, and supported in their daily lives.

This position requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. You will play a key role in helping individuals live safely and comfortably in their home environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Completion of required training and competency validation
• Ability to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
• Previous home care or community-based experience preferred but not required
