Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Property and Casualty license (must have currently) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
