Location: Rock Island, IL

Compensation: $2024 - $2439

Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts.
Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care setting.
Possession of an active nursing license in Illinois at the time of application.
Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Professional references from the past 24 months are preferred.
A valid Driver's License is required.
