CPC Certified Quality Analyst

Responsible for auditing and training to uphold quality standards in clinical data and reporting, the full-time remote Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst will utilize their CPC Certified Quality Analyst credential to ensure compliance, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Conduct audits and maintain expert knowledge of clinical chart review and auditing processes Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement efforts across the organization Perform analysis of reviews and consolidate findings for reporting to senior leadership Required qualifications Active CPC, CRC, or equivalent coding credential required Minimum of two years of hands-on HCC auditing experience; RN coder preferred Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience preferred Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare plan quality improvement initiatives preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
