How You Will Make An Impact Perform essential manual site preparation and clean-up tasks to maintain safe and efficient outdoor job conditions. Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and heavy equipment across active construction sites. Assist skilled trade crews with concrete placement, equipment setup, and general structural installations. Operate various hand and power tools safely to complete assigned daily tasks on schedule. Inspect worksite areas continuously to identify and mitigate potential hazards before work begins. Maintain active communication with field operations supervisors to ensure daily project goals are met. Required Qualifications & Experience Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform manual labor in outdoor environments. Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to remote project locations. Direct commitment to jobsite safety practices, teamwork, and reliable daily attendance. Strong ability to follow multi-step verbal directions and project site safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous general construction or field labor experience on commercial or federal projects.
