As a member of the Chick-fil-A of Anderson team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring the accuracy of orders. Key responsibilities:

Food preparation:

• Follow Chick-fil-A guidelines to prepare and cook menu items
• Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards
• Maintain an inventory of food products and communicate with team members to restock as needed

Order accuracy:

• Assemble food accurately based on customer requests
• Collaborate with customer service team to address any order discrepancies or customer concerns

Kitchen organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and report any equipment maintenance needs

Efficiency and speed:

• Work efficiently to meet Chick-fil-As commitment to fast service without compromising order accuracy
• Contribute to reducing wait times and ensuring timely delivery of orders

Teamwork:

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals
• Support fellow team members in their duties to maintain high service efficiency and excellence

Requirements and qualifications:

• Attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus, but not required
