Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Able to meet mutually agreed upon marketing and sales goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
