We represent clients throughout the state of California that have been wronged by others. *We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with 3-8 years of plaintiff personal injury experience to join our litigation department. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Beverly Hills. *If you are a driven litigator ready to second-chair trials, manage a high-value caseload, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team - we want to meet you. *Responsibilities* * Handle all aspects of litigation, including: * Propounding and responding to written discovery * Legal research and drafting of complaints, motions, and other pleadings * Preparing for and taking/defending depositions * Attending court hearings and case management conferences * Prepare for and support second-chair trials * Manage and advance a full caseload of personal injury matters * Negotiate and resolve claims with opposing counsel and insurance carriers * Provide excellent service and communication to all clients *Qualifications* * *J.D. from an accredited law school* and *active member of the California Bar* * *3-8 years* of experience in *plaintiff-side personal injury litigation* * Demonstrated experience in depositions, hearings, and motion practice * Trial readiness and a desire to actively litigate * Strong legal writing and communication skills * Highly organized and deadline-driven * Collaborative, team-oriented mindset *Types of Cases You'll Handle* * Auto accidents * Motorcycle and pedestrian accidents * Slip and fall * Premises liability * Wrongful death * Insurance disputes *Compensation & xmcpwfu Benefits* * *Salary:* Competitive and commensurate with experience * *Comprehensive benefits package*, including: * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Vacation Time * Life insurance * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Personal Injury Attorney: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * California State Bar Number (Required) Ability to Commute: * Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Required) Work Location: In person
