Are you a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a difference while working with a supportive rehab team? Aventura at West Park is seeking a Full-Time PTA to join our growing in-house rehabilitation department. If you're passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their goals
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused therapy environment

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Ohio PTA license in good standing
• Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
