Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and emotional needs, employing diagnostic tools and intake interviews. \n
- Design, document, and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges, monitoring progress through regular follow-ups. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, support, and stabilization techniques when clients experience acute distress. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and training sessions, staying current with the latest developments in mental health therapies and practices. \n
- Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills. \n
- Uphold ethical standards and guidelines set forth by professional licensing boards in the mental health field. \n
Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. \n
- Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). \n
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in developing treatment plans. \n
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. \n
- Ability to work autonomously, while also being an active and collaborative team member. \n
- Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines and mental health laws. \n
- A steadfast commitment to professional development and best practices in mental health therapy. \n

- A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling role. \n
- Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with digital health record systems. \n
- Background in multidisciplinary teamwork within a community health setting. \n
