Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and emotional needs, employing diagnostic tools and intake interviews.

• Design, document, and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges, monitoring progress through regular follow-ups.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, support, and stabilization techniques when clients experience acute distress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and training sessions, staying current with the latest developments in mental health therapies and practices.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Uphold ethical standards and guidelines set forth by professional licensing boards in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, and substance use issues. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere that empowers clients to pursue their healing journey, recognizing the unique cultural, social, and economic factors that influence their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by performance-related bonuses. In addition, you will receive:
