Role Summary The Producer/Sales Executive drives new business and manages existing client revenue retention and growth based on an assigned slate of prospects and clients. Responsibilities Develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects. Manage overall client relationships; drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction, and organic growth. Demonstrate technical knowledge to communicate solutions effectively. Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis within the target market of companies. Conduct sales due diligence, present concepts, and promote EPIC’s differentiation and customized solutions. Collaborate with leaders to select appropriate teams for prospect sales presentations, including subject‑matter experts. Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect‑specific basis. Apply strategic thinking and innovation based on market, carrier, and product knowledge. Create synergy and pursue cross‑selling opportunities with other EPIC practices. Work collaboratively with local and national support teams. Qualifications Licensed professional with 5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage sales or related B2B sales, including senior executive outreach and a track record of financial success. Strong understanding of a specific specialty such as Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, Private Client, or another insurance vertical. Personable, highly motivated, and goal‑oriented with strong listening and customer focus skills. Executive presence with superior written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong network of contacts and visibility within the specific market. Consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to prospects, clients, and associates.
