RN Supervisor

River Ridge Living Center , an upscale and gracious setting, is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Part-Time RN Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift. Responsibilities Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel during the assigned shift Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and timely nursing care Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor staffing assignments and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed Respond to emergencies and provide clinical decision-making and leadership Complete incident investigations and ensure appropriate documentation Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in shift report and ensure continuity of resident care Ensure infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards are consistently maintained Mentor and coach nursing staff while promoting teamwork and professional development Qualifications Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong assessment, leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment CPR certification required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time schedule Paid orientation Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth Collaborative work environment focused on quality resident care #J-18808-Ljbffr River Ridge Living Center
