Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - JOB ALERT (Orlando, FL) Are you an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who enjoys working on complex transactions and being part of a collaborative team? This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial transactions, where attention to detail, organization, and strong technical skills are key to success. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and reviewing closing documents for commercial and large scale bullder/developer, or HNW individual real estate transactions Support the preparation and review of loan documentation, including UCC financing statements Coordinate real estate closings, including managing checklists, preparing signature packages, reviewing settlement statements, and communicating with all parties involved Order and review title and survey documents, identify exceptions, and prepare objection letters and related summaries Gather and track due diligence items such as zoning letters, lien searches, entity documents, and estoppel certificates Review and summarize UCC, judgment, and lien search results Obtain and analyze zoning reports Review leases and prepare lease abstracts Manage document filing and recording Prepare closing binders and assist with post-closing follow-up Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5 years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting Strong title and survey experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Customer-focused with a professional and collaborative approach Additional Details: This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL Core hours are approximately 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed Interested? #J-18808-Ljbffr
