CDL-A OTR Drivers – Dry Van & Reefer Pride Team Inc. | Flexible Home Time | Newer Equipment Pride Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and safety-focused CDL-A OTR Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and are seeking a long-term opportunity with a company that values its drivers and supports their success. As a member of the Pride Team Inc. fleet, you will transport freight on regional and nationwide routes while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Drivers are assigned newer equipment and have the support they need to stay productive and successful on the road. Pay & Compensation Starting pay of $0.50 CPM Higher CPM available based on experience Competitive earnings Pay is negotiable for qualified drivers Freight & Routes OTR opportunities available Dry Van and Reefer freight Regional and nationwide lanes Most freight is no-touch Consistent freight opportunities Equipment Assigned newer semi-trucks Assigned reefer trailers Well-maintained equipment for reliability and comfort Home Time We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible home time scheduling whenever possible.
