Human Resources Data Coordinator

TEMP Data Entry Specialist (HR / Workday)

Location: Hybrid Los Angeles, CA

Employment Type: Temporary

Assignment Length: 46 months

Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM PST

Pay Rate: $20$25/hour

LHH is seeking a detail?oriented and trustworthy TEMP Data Entry Specialist to support our client's HRIS team. This role will focus heavily on entering and maintaining HR data in Workday , supporting day?to?day HR transactions, and assisting with manual data entry projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who is interested in growing into an HRIS?focused role.

Day?to?Day Responsibilities

Enter HR transactions into the Workday system, including job changes, hires outside of the recruiting process, cost center changes, time off requests, and supervisor changes

Support centralized administrative and HRIS ticket requests

Perform high?volume manual data entry as needed

Support a project focused on entering mid?year reviews for legacy groups into Workday (copying and pasting data accurately)

Validate and audit data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with additional HRIS and data?related tasks as required

Note: When not processing HR transactions, time will primarily be spent entering mid?year review data into Workday.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Comfortable working in a deadline?driven environment

Strong organizational and time?management skills

Required Skills:

Microsoft Office

Data Entry

Preferred (Not Required):

Workday experience

Exposure to HR systems or HRIS environments
