We're looking for a sharp Tax Manager who's ready to stop being a number and start building something.

The Role

You'll own a high-volume book of individual (1040) returns - complex clients, high stakes, real relationships. You'll review staff work, advise clients on planning strategies, and operate as a trusted partner to firm leadership. This is a seat at the table, not a seat in the queue.

You're the Right Fit If You Have:

• CPA license
• 6+ years in public accounting with heavy individual (1040) volume
• The instincts to manage clients independently and the skills to back it up
• A preference for tight teams over corporate bureaucracy
