Job Description
We represent a firm seeking an ONSITE Legal Assistant - Workers' Compensation in Middletown, NJ for a Direct-Hire Career Opportunity.
\n \nPay: $60k - $70k
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Prepare legal documents and e-file with courts \n
- Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys and court representatives \n
- Must have knowledge of Workers' Comp Law \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- MUST have 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience; we will consider candidates from Insurance companies with WC experience. \n
- Paralegal certification is a plus! \n
