Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Your Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and transport flatbed freight with proper tarping and load control.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch and use company resources for efficient routing.

Compensation & Opportunity: Earn 80% of gross (avg weekly $7,500–$10,000) and pursue ownership via lease-to-own in one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet & rider-friendly, 24/7 support, 90-day test drive.
