Job Summary The Registered Nurse (PRN) at Fairfield Village oversees the medical management of residents in the Post‑Acute Care setting. They comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation and incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Serve as a primary point of contact for patient records and medical interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality and safety. Schedule PRN/On‑call, available 6:00 pm – 6:00 am. 12‑hour shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid state RN license in good standing. CPR certification. Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
