You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensure accurate vendor payments and reconcile expenses.Core ResponsibilitiesInvoice Management: Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using accounting software.Data Verification: Compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges for accuracy.Expense Tracking: Review, process, and balance monthly credit card expense reports.Administrative Support: Maintain organized digital financial records.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 1 year of basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), word processing tools, and accounting software.Task Management: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and projects independently.Teamwork: Able to work efficiently as an independent contributor and collaborate as a team member.Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in the workplace.Job RequirementsAge: Must be at least 18 years old.Licensing: Possess a valid driver's license.Schedule: Available Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift.
