Job Details

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed)
• Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings
• Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus
• Strong analytical writing and client communication skills
• Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain)
