Project Engineer


A well-established and rapidly growing general contractor is actively seeking recent construction management graduates or early-career professionals for an entry-level salaried position designed as a direct path to becoming a Project Manager .


Key Responsibilities:

• unitedLearn and uphold all company safety policies and procedures
• Organize, distribute, and manage contract documents using internal systems
• Assist with project planning and scheduling using company-standard software
• Manage submittals and coordinate to ensure quality control
• Attend and document on-site and off-site meetings
• Learn estimating processes and coordinate with PMs and estimators
• Assist in coordination with owners, architects, and engineers
• Support contract and purchase order management
• Organize and manage change order documentation
• Learn internal cost control, cost accounting, and project financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role
