*Bend based Community Managers are required to be full-time in-office in Bend, Oregon during the training period of 3 months. After 3 months, Community Managers have the flexibility to work in-office/at home as needed. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with meaningful in-person engagement, without the overwhelm of an oversized portfolio.
